November has been a busy month for me. I am getting ready to give a lecture to stylists, lead a color analysis training course, and teach a masterclass about the Fall/Winter collection to business owners in Brazil.
I am genuinely grateful for having a job that allows me to help women feel more confident. This reminds me how important it is to have a purpose in what we do.
It's time to give thanks, so I want to thank YOU for being part of this community.
I hope you enjoy this newsletter!

SMALL TALK WITH DAPHNE MELLO, FOUNDER OF BELTBE, AN ONLINE STORE SPECIALIZING IN WOMEN'S BELTS.
MC: Who is BeltBe's client?
DM:She is a modern, up-to-date woman. She is interested in fashion and accessories.
MC: We know NY women love to wear black, especially in the cold months. What does BeltBe sell more in NY, neutral or colorful belts?
DM: Even though New Yorkers love to wear black during the Winter, we sell more colorful belts, especially the ones made of suede, due to the autumnal/wintery appearance of this kind of leather. The ample variety of colors and styles within a vibrant palette is our strength in the US market.
MC: What are the advantages of having belts in our wardrobes?
DM: Belts are magic! They are an easy way to update, renew, and elevate any outfit without spending too much money. They will make simple dresses much more interesting. Belts help people to project themselves and their image in a more positive manner by enhancing physical attributes. This accessory is also seasonless. You can wear them year long!
Veja is committed to manufacturing its sneakers without harming the environment. Their products are made of materials such as recycled plastic bottles, and rubber soles sourced from the Amazon rainforest. They are found in online and physical stores worldwide. I'm sure you have seen many people styling Veja sneakers. I have a pair and I wear them a lot!
