HELLO THERE!

It amazes me how people relate to my posts when I share that I'm working or heading out. They usually ask questions about where I got my shoes or my shirts. It turns out that I often wear clothes that I have had for years. I buy new things, too. I love fashion, so I enjoy adding new pieces to my current wardrobe. However, I don't need to have the most expensive or recent products.

I believe that you don't need a closet full of clothes or shop for all the trends either. This past month, I wrote articles to help you be creative and build different outfits with what you already own.

In case you missed it...

I styled my husband's shirt in four different ways. He is 6'2", I am 5'3". Even though it's quite oversized, it works! I had a lot of fun shooting this Instagram reel, and I will never return him this shirt. 🤗  Watch it here.
I know it can be hard to find the perfect pair of white pants. But if you follow the suggestions I wrote for you, you will love to wear white jeans, just like I do.
Do you have a special occasion to attend this Summer? Maybe you don't need a brand new dress. Think about how to sport an old one differently. Get inspired now.
SILVIA D'AVILA
SMALL TALK WITH SILVIA D'ÁVILA, A FASHION JEWELRY DESIGNER AND FOUNDER OF IZA BY SILVIA D'ÁVILA
I asked the designer some questions about the post-pandemic jewelry market.

MC: What has changed about shopping for jewelry after the pandemic?

SD: During the pandemic, and for a long while, people were not buying much as there was no need for it. My jewelry especially was even harder to sell since they were considered statement pieces. That’s when I decided to design a different line. I wanted to offer products that were more appropriate for video calls. We need to adapt to keep our businesses alive.

MC: What are women looking for when purchasing jewelry at the moment?

SD: Now that most people are going back to work, going out, and traveling, customers are looking for more unique or statement pieces.

MC: Do you think people are more interested in special/handmade/ethical resources?

SD: Lately, I noticed that clients are investing in ethical brands that are sustainable or more conscious, even if they cost extra money. They want something that shows personality from brands that care about good work ethics.

Good American carries mostly high-quality jeans that are size-inclusive (their sizes go from 00 to 24). They have petite and maternity options as well. Many of my clients have approved of this brand. Have you ever heard of it? If not, try checking it out.
