How to master Fall layering
Why should you be wearing layers for the Fall (and beyond)?
Well, for many reasons!
It is a way of making the most use of what you have in your wardrobe, including pieces from other seasons, such as button-down shirts.
The other reason is you can create so many different looks. You will feel that you have more clothes than you own. That's the idea!
Here are five layering ideas for you to try:
1 - A fitted turtleneck + a button-down shirt: The turtleneck must be fitted not to get bulky. On the other hand, the shirt can be oversized.
2 - A T-shirt + a blazer + a coat: The coat needs room to fit nicely over a blazer.
3 - A T-shirt or a thin sweater + a cardigan + a peacoat
4 - A light sweater + a trench coat or a wool coat + a sweater over it as a scarf
5 - Add layers with different textures and color combinations depending on what you want for the day. Do you want to come across as creative or elegant? You decide!
Have you tried any of those options? Or do you find them hard?
Always remember that you have many choices of different outfits. Your closet is the first place you should go shopping!
