Five tips on how to wear accessories

This week I led a talk to a group of women about how to wear accessories. I discussed many styling tips, and I wanted to share some of them here with you, too:

1 - You are what you wear

There is nothing like accessories to add personality to your clothes. We can choose to wear jeans and a white T-shirt, but if you pick a necklace or a belt that you love, it will make your outfit unique.

2 - Practical and versatile

Accessories are perfect for styling the same outfit from day to night.

3 - A focal point.

Do you want people to pay attention to your face? Add a necklace or pair of earrings. Avoid earrings that move while you talk if you attend a business occasion. They can be distracting. To camouflage your stomach area, put on a beautiful necklace. It helps you draw attention to a different part of your body.

4 - Updating old compositions

Accessorize to make an old classic dress look current. Here is what's trendy now: pearls mixed with metal, layers of delicate necklaces, bold chains, asymmetrical earrings, and belts. It's time to take a break from nap dresses.

5 - Know your best colors

If you wear a scarf or jewelry near your face in a color that looks good for your complexion, it will enhance your natural beauty.

It's important that you know the best metal for your jewelry. When I do your color analysis, you will learn your color palette for clothes, accessories, hair color, and makeup. For more information about this service, send an email to hello@marciacrivorot.com. I will answer all your questions!
