Congratulations! We are almost there!
Today, let's focus on our dresses. There are many ways to do it. I will give you a suggestion, but feel free to adapt these suggestions to fit your style.
Start with Your Favorites You can start by checking your most-worn dresses. Are they in good condition? Are there no stains or missing buttons? If so, great! That's the easy part.
Revisit Less-Worn Dresses Try on the dresses you haven't worn in a while. Take your time. Why haven't you worn them? Experiment with different styling options: pair them with shoes, accessories, or a jacket. How do you feel? If it's not your style anymore, consider donating or selling them.
Experiment and Document For dresses that you could style differently, take photos of your outfit combinations. Wear them over the next few weeks and see how you feel. Make a note to review your choices in a couple of months.
Special Occasion Dresses If you have an old prom dress, a bridesmaid dress that you don't even like, or a dress that you wore at a wedding once, do the same as above. Try them on, take photos. It may be time to let them go and make someone else happy. OK, you could keep a dress or two for sentimental reasons. Just don't hang them in your closet; keep them in a box out of sight and free up space in your closet and on your mind.
How did it go? I bet you feel your closet already looks better.
Remember, If you can't finish today due to Easter celebrations or family time, do it when you can. Just don't give up!
See you tomorrow,
