How to wear cargo pants
Have you noticed how the pants have gone from skinny to more voluminous? We can see more pleats or cargo styles in the past seasons. It's because we are starting to see less volume on the tops, the comeback of the Y2K trend, and the desire for comfort and utilitarian pieces - something the new generations love!
What happens if you don't like these types of pants at all? Just don't wear them. Or look for not too voluminous ones, for example.
If you want a minor update to your jeans collection this Fall, pick straight over skinny jeans. Don't forget to always stay true to your style and what you love to wear.
Here are three tips if you want to give cargo pants a try:
Look for high-waisted pants. You don't need to go lower-waisted 2000's style.
If the bottom has volume, choose a fitted top such as a T-shirt or a fitted turtleneck sweater.
Cargo pants with pockets add volume to your hip area. These pants are great for people who have broad shoulders and want to camouflage them.
