A busy and fortunate week

The past few days have been super busy for me.

It was NY Fashion Week and the relaunch of an educational program I have for Portuguese speakers around the world. I'm talking about The Trends Club, a membership platform about fashion and trends for small business owners such as personal stylists, designers, and store owners.

Besides, I had the opportunity to attend the Costume Institute exhibition at the Met Museum on its opening day. If you're coming to NYC, I highly recommend you do the same! "In America: A Lexicon of Fashion" is the first part of a great exhibit that will end in May 2022. The theme revolves around the history of fashion in America, which has everything to do with the history of this country itself.

Finally, today is my birthday. I’m celebrating it by taking some time to talk to my family and friends. I can't believe I haven't been able to be with many of them in person, including my mother! It's been 18 months since I saw her because of the pandemic. Hopefully, I will visit Brazil in the winter and see everybody again.

To sum up, this has been an amazing week. I am grateful for everything that has happened and for a new year in my life. And thank you all for being here. You are part of my celebration, too!
