Now that the new season is here, you’re probably enjoying the chance to rediscover your dresses and sandals resting in your closet for months.
This is one of the things I love about living in New York; the new seasons bring back old clothes that will look new!
Don't forget that shopping your closet first is always the best way to start before revamping your closet for the new season. Of course, we can always purchase some items to create different possibilities for the new season, but always being intentional.

Alex Mill has the perfect pieces for the foundation of a casual wardrobe, such as linen pants and wearable shorts, white jeans with no stretch (I wrote a post about this), and a perfect cotton sweater with buttons at the back. It is like wearing a cardigan back to front, and I love the idea!
