When you open this email, my Summer vacation will have just started. After a first semester full of work and unexpected trips to Brazil to be with my mother, it's finally time to relax. The first part of the year was intense. However, I have many reasons to be thankful for, especially for all of you! Did you know that even when times are tough, the colors and the clothes you wear impact your feelings?
If you know me, my clients are always on my mind. I'm constantly researching brands, stores, and new collections. So stay tuned!

Talking about Summer 2023 trends, one of them is matching sets of shirts and shorts:
Choosing office outfits during the Summer with the heat and humidity can be a headache. Take a look at what I packed for a conference in the Caribbean in June:
SMALL TALK WITH ANA HARRIS, OWNER OF THE COLORFUL ACCESSORIES BRAND ANA HARRIS STORE
MC - Who is Ana Harris Store's target client?
AH - A person that loves colors, fun accessories, and looking bright. Our clients are all ages from 15 to 80. That says more about their personality than the age itself. Our clients love bold and colorful looks.
MC - Which is the biggest obstacle to women who buy colorful jewelry?
AH - Styling. We are used to wearing neutrals such as black, navy, or gray. It can be hard to explore different hues. I help my clients to express their personalities through colors. At the same time that colors can be challenging, it is a game changer when it comes to self-expression.
MC - What advice would you give to a client who wants to add some color to her outfits with jewelry?
AH - Keep your closet neutral and add color to the accessories until you get used to it. Explore colors in small portions to figure out what colors you like best to surround yourself with. I recommend doing a professional color analysis. It helps one understand their colors and feel more confident about pulling them off.
Have you ever heard of Favorite Daughter? Among other options, the brand offers tailored pants that are sufficiently long for my tall clients but also fit petites. Depending on your height and the heels you plan to wear, you might skip your visit to the tailor.
