Which boots to wear with wide-leg pants?
I get this question a lot from my clients.
When it's warm, it's easy to find shoes to match wide-leg pants, but how about when it gets cold?
I prefer to match wide-leg pants with pointed-toe or even squared-toe boots instead of chunk round-toe ones. Especially if the pants have volume, are baggy with pleats, and are very loose.
When you need to wear snow boots, which usually have rounded toes, the best option is to go for straight-leg or slim pants. Additionally, wide-leg pants are not ideal when it's raining, snowing, or everything is wet on the streets.
