Wearing white after Labor Day
There is no reason why we should not wear white in September or October.
If you have been reading my journal, you know I always talk about this old rule. Wearing white is possible, as long as you know how to choose the best fabric and styling.
So here are my five tips:
1. White jeans look fabulous with a gray sweater and sneakers for Fall.
2. If you like black and white outfits, add a black blazer, a black belt, and a black bag.
3. White looks luxurious with camels and browns. I would pair white pants with a camel sweater, a trench coat, or a beige jacket with brown boots.
4. My only no would be on rainy days, but I guess the same applies to wearing white in the Summer.
5. Avoid summer fabrics such as linen. Instead, choose not-so-thin white jeans, which look better all year round.
It's vital not to categorize all our clothes according to the seasons. The more we wear our clothes, the better.
Getting our wardrobe ready for the new season can be tricky. If you need my help, don't hesitate to email me at hello@marciacrivorot.com. Let's schedule a free discovery call to discuss how I can help you.
