Vests are in! Learn how to style these classic pieces
Like cardigans, I know many women are afraid of wearing vests.
They think it's too classic or it can age them.
If you also think like this, I'm here to prove you wrong.
My advice is simple: it's more about how you wear a piece than the piece itself.
As a matter of fact, this season vests are a trend and many brands have already come up with their versions.
So why not learn how to wear vests and look incredibly stylish?
Take a look at the three inspiration boards that I designed. You could have any of these items in your closet! The only difference is how you can style them: matching colors, shoes, accessories, etc. I put outfits that have different styles on purpose, so you can think more about them.
Even at the "Elegant Update Styleā€¯ board, you could totally rock this vest with a T-shirt, jeans, and sneakers in the Spring.
Extra tip: I would wear this specific vest unbuttoned, but you can do it in your own way.
Since we're talking about timeless clothing, you might want to check out my posts How to wear cardigans in 2020 and 3 different ways of wearing a classic cardigan. They are an excellent source of inspiration if you like cardigans but struggle to wear them in a modern way.
This is exactly part of my work with clients: I advise them about how to wear the clothes they own in different ways, always following their personal preferences and lifestyle. I instruct them about how to transition from one season to another, too. I believe that's the best way to have a curated and sustainable wardrobe.
