Two new items to help packing
Lately, I have been packing lighter and lighter. However, I don't always bring a carry-on. For example, when I need to attend an event or have gifts to give. I got a not-so-mall suitcase that does the job if I take a direct flight with less risk of losing luggage.
Here are two new items I started using this year:
Packing cubes:
It's easy to put each category of clothes in a different compartment. Not only is it easier to find everything when you arrive at your hotel or apartment. The clothes get less wrinkled as well. You can find many options on Amazon.
Magnet bottles:
Although I put shampoo and creams in small packages, I always have leakage problems during the flights. So after seeing ads on Instagram and reading some reviews, I decided to invest in these travel-sized magnet bottles. They are made of plastic collected from beaches worldwide and promise to be leakproof. They are not that big, so it only works for short trips.
How easy is it for you to pack?
Packing is like having a capsule wardrobe. You can wear every piece in different ways and create multiple combinations.
