Tips on how to shop at second-hand shops

I want to share some thoughts about second-hand purchases with you.
I bought the skirt below from one of my favorite brands. Their prices are high for my budget - we all have priorities in life, right?

That’s how I do:

  • Once in a while, I check my favorite brands at the second-hand shop where I sell my clothes and accessories. Most of the time, I don’t find anything worth spending my credits on. But occasionally, I find a catch, a good one. You need to be patient.

  • I was looking for a pair of pink tailored pants some years ago. I couldn't find a style or tone of pink that I loved. When I decided to look at the second-hand store, I found exactly what I was looking for.

  • I look for “pristine” or “excellent” clothes. I often find clothes still with tags - the first owner never wore them, which happened with this skirt and the pink pants.

  • It’s a chance to purchase clothes of excellent quality and special fabrics at a much better price.

  • You will get a unique piece that will spice up your wardrobe options.

This photo is from the past week when I was going to attend a graduation. I wanted to make the skirt less formal, so I decided to wear a Uniqlo T-shirt and play with the color combination by wearing red sandals.
