How to wear belt bags
Belt bags are in! You can also call them "fanny packs'', but this is a vintage term from the '80s.
No matter how you name them, these accessories can be easily found in both fashion shows and shop windows. And there's a reason why they've been so popular lately: it's all about convenience!
Most of the time, we don't need to carry too many things besides our cell phones, keys, lipstick, and a face mask. Having our hands free while running errands or going out with friends is super practical!
The advantage of having a belt bag is that you don't need to only wear it around your waist. If you think it's more comfortable, try putting it on as a crossbody bag. Actually, this is how most people wear it nowadays. This styling hack looks very modern, right?
In my opinion, this trend is very democratic. There are styles for everyone!
Some options are very casual, while others are fancy-made by upscale designers.
You can find belt bags with extra-long straps, too. In this case, they can be worn as shoulder bags, just like the one by Marc Jacobs.
I personally like Cuyana's convertible model. It's fun and you can play around with it by adding more pieces to your belt.
That's why I suggest investing in a belt bag that you are 100% sure you will wear. If you're having doubts, don't spend a lot of money on it!
