How to style polka dots
Polka dots are a classic and timeless print that often becomes trendy. That means we will find it in many styles at the stores.
If you like polka dots, you might have at least one item in your wardrobe.
Polka dots are a very feminine print. If it's not your style, look for a fit and details that make it more classic or alluring.
A polka-dotted shirt will look completely different with jeans and boots (more cosmopolitan) or with a gray suit and pumps (more classic), or even with a flowy skirt and ballet flats (very feminine or romantic). The reason is an outfit of different elements. One piece does not make the whole outfit, but it's how you style it.
Finally, the color of the print also makes a difference. Black and white is the ultimate classic, while bright colors make it more fun and girly. Soft or pastel colors make beautiful polka-dot prints, but their style is vital here.
