How to Shop Sales Without Regrets
One of the biggest challenges I see in my clients’ wardrobes? Shopping during sales!
Don’t get me wrong—I love a good deal as much as anyone. But the trouble starts when you buy something just because it’s on sale. A style you’re unsure about, a color that doesn’t flatter, or yet another shirt you don’t really need... sound familiar?
Let’s flip the script this sale season, especially with Black Friday and all those irresistible deals around the corner. It’s the perfect opportunity to shop smarter and more intentionally.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Make a List
Write down what you actually need to round out your wardrobe, whether it’s a cozy coat, versatile boots, or classic staples.
2 Review What You Already Have
Take a good look at your closet. What do you wear the most? What’s missing? This will keep you from buying duplicates or items that don’t fit your style.
3. Do Your Research
Check out what’s in stores and online before the sales hit. This helps you prioritize and avoid impulse buys.
When you plan, you make better decisions, avoid regretful purchases, and build a wardrobe you truly love.
So, what’s on your shopping list this year?
