How to make your white denim jeans look cool
Every year, after Memorial Day, white jeans become part of a Summer uniform. We see many people wearing them with colorful tops in several colors or prints.
This also happens in other seasons when we believe that any color matches black perfectly. But, as I mentioned in a previous journal entry, black is not the best match for bright colors.
This applies to white, too.
However, white looks very chic with light colors, such as ecru, off-white, beiges, and light gray. It also goes together with darker shades such as mid or dark gray, navy blue, or even black.
Now, what's a cool and current way to wear a white pair of jeans? I have five tips to share with you:
1 - FIND OUT THE BEST FIT
Choose a style that makes you feel more confident and fits you better. For instance, skinny jeans aren't the trendiest style at the moment. But if you like this fit, go for it! You can find plenty of styles of premium brands on sale right now.
2 - READ THE LABEL
What kind of material is it made of? Skip thin fabrics when shopping for white jeans.
3 - ALL-WHITE OUTFIT
A monochromatic all-white outfit looks modern. It doesn't matter if the top is not the same shade of white as your bottoms.
4 - ATTENTION TO YOUR SHOES
I suggest pairing your white denim with tan or light brown shoes. You can also pick a bag in the same color or just put a straw bag on.
5 - MORE ON ACCESSORIES
Yellow gold jewelry looks beautiful with a white outfit. It's the metal color we are seeing the most in the stores currently, as I mentioned in a recent post. If you prefer rosé or white gold, no problem.
